Welcome to the Garden! The Carpenter Art Garden is located at 301 Carpenter Street. The Carpenter Art Garden partners with neighborhood children and adults, as well as local artists to transform a blighted lot into a place of beauty. Each Tuesday volunteers work with approximately 70 children on permanent art installations, take home art projects and the tending to the garden boxes. The space is an actual garden of artwork. As a faith based response to serving others, the Art Garden welcomes all people.

So there are remix challenges happening, which is always exciting, because I love remix! But remix often comes with issues of not having the ability to specify that you arent a big fan of slash or mostly write women. While that can sometimes be part of the fun, its also really frustrating when youve got a bunch of awesome stories about women and one not-as-awesome story about men and that one not-as-awesome story is the one that gets remixed because your author doesnt write women.
